The non-profit Linux Coaching Organisation has a residential centre in the Auvergne, in deepest rural France, where you can go for residential courses at various levels. Neat idea: change your computing life, and eat lovely food at the same time! Block bookings for organisations also available, apparently. And St Etienne airport (with low-cost RyanAir flights) is only an hour away.

13|Dec|2005 1Your RSS feed seems to contain links to test.livingwithoutmicrosoft.org rather than www.livingwithoutmicrosoft.org (so RSS readers end up on the eCantab page!)

26|Jan|2006 3LCO-France is making a special promotional offer for the 2006 season, offering - just like Sainsbury’s - a Buy One, Get One Free deal. Bring along the wife, girlfriend, best mate, whatever and benefit from this cool offer.
LCO-France runs its residential courses irrespective of numbers booked. Come along on your own if you wish, you’ll be looked after equally as well.
Remember, you can buy 3 bottles of lager in France for one euro (thats about 70p. Our 2006 program is now being planned and should be on the website by mid February. So what are you waiting for?
